Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- The issue is due to damage or incorrect item received.

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return, a partial refund will be processed (delivery fee is non-refundable as per Courier Company Cost.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
