At Skin’s Glow, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • The issue is due to damage or incorrect item received.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, a partial refund will be processed (delivery fee is non-refundable as per Courier Company Cost.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
