  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
  • Please double-check your address, contact number, and product details before confirming your order

3. Payment Method

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan through TCS Courier.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
  • Repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept parcels may result in account restrictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide free nationwide delivery via TCS.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your city or public holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if:
  1. The product was damaged during delivery, or
  2. The wrong product was sent.
  • Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving their order via email (skinsglow39@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (0301-9224500).
  • Partial refunds are issued after deducting courier charges.
